Where can I find the "Middle Splits" or other extra programs?

Please Log in your Skool account, make sure you are in the Mobility and Injury Prevention group and then in the upper section, click in "Classroom". 

It should be automatically addded to your library, if you can't find it, we need to assist you, in that case please send us an email to support@movesmethod.com and we will help you as soon as we can.
