I didn't receive any emails after purchase, what do I do?

If you didn't receive the Welcome email or the invitation email to access the Mobility Toolkit, here's what you can do:

STEP 1: Check every folder in your inbox

(Make sure to check both the SPAM and the Promotions folder!!)

STEP 2: Request us to resend the email to you

  • If you purchased the Mobility Toolkitclick here  /  if you purchased the Athletes Academyclick here
  • Provide your email address and submit the form
  • Go back to step 1 and check your inbox!!

We're gonna resend both the Welcome email and the Invitation email to Skool!
